Artist and Author RightsAll work published in The Orichalcum Tower Review remains the property of its creator.By accepting publication, contributors grant first publication rights and non-exclusive serial rights to The Orichalcum Tower Review. These rights allow the magazine to publish the work as part of a specific issue in print and or digital formats, to distribute that issue, and to archive it as a continuing serial publication.Following publication, all rights revert fully to the contributor. Authors and artists may republish their work elsewhere, provided that The Orichalcum Tower Review is credited as the original place of publication.Reprint PolicyThe Orichalcum Tower Review considers reprints only when explicitly stated in a call for submissions. Contributors must disclose prior publication at the time of submission. Any reprinted work will be clearly identified as such.Promotional UseThe Orichalcum Tower Review may use brief excerpts of published work, including images of visual art, for promotional purposes related to the magazine. This may include use on the magazine’s website, submission platforms, or social media. All promotional use will be properly attributed, and no work will be reproduced in full outside the context of the publication without the contributor’s permission.Artwork RightsVisual artists retain full copyright to their work. By accepting publication, artists grant the same first publication and non-exclusive serial rights described above, limited to the issue in which the artwork appears.
